We collect the following types of information from organizations and individuals that license software or trademarks from us or use our services (“Organizations”) and members who pay service fees/rent to use workspace at an Organization and use our services (“Members”).

(a) Account information: When you apply for Workspace or access to use our online Products or Services you need to create an account.When you create an account, you will need to provide us with information that may includes, without limitation, your business name, and tagline, name of contact person, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about your business and and why it is socially innovative, level of membership you are seeking, Product or Service you wish to access, price for the membership, membership payment amount and date, how many people will use the workspace on behalf of your business and the preferred start date, and login credentials for the services (which may include username and password).

(b) General usage data: When you use our Products or Services we collect information that you provide through the Platform or Soshent. For example, we may collect the following information relating to your use: (i) of workspace with us or an Organization: meeting rooms, internet access, printers, fax machines, audio-visual equipment and when you attend our events; and (ii) of Products: your device type (mobile, laptop, or desktop), the operating system and browser you are using on your device, and your IP address.

(c) Your news: When you submit news about your business, we may collect information about your events, job postings, and company announcements.

(d) Quality assurance and customer service: Your customer service telephone calls and emails with us and our service providers may be recorded, stored, or monitored for quality assurance and customer service purposes such as to assist in addressing your inquiries, troubleshooting, training and analytics to identify trends and make improvements to our Products.
