With a variety of interior and exterior settings to suit your needs, the Cotton Factory provides a great backdrop for your film or photography project, wedding or corporate event.
Film Location
From Tiers A-F, The Cotton Factory has coordinated film and television productions of every size and budget. Our facility has house power with industry standard “pig-tail” connections, a drive-in loading bay, and freight elevator. Our exteriors can accommodate scenes from the mid-1800s to modern day and have even been used for future apocalypses. There are also historic and modern indoor spaces perfect for film sets.

Events & Photography
Requests have been growing for the rental of The Cotton Factory for events and photo shoots. Whether it is weddings, corporate or family events, commercial projects such as advertisements and catalogues, as well as for personal shoots for engagements or family portraits.
We have several spaces available to rent for your private function, business meeting, fundraiser, etc.
