This space has concrete floors and is located on the ground level of the Dye Works Building, with its own entrance. There are two shared washrooms, a shared kitchenette, a lounge, and an artist sink within. The studio has 24/7 access, free street parking, and access to parking in the back lot. Hydro, Water, and Basic WiFi are included in the gross rent.

This is a large space shared by approximately 10 artists, each artist with their own area, as such, ShareSpaces are only suited for unscented, relatively quiet, and contained work.
