Filming Location
From Tiers A-F, The Cotton Factory has coordinated film and television productions of all sizes and budgets. Our facility has house power with industry-standard “pig-tail” connections, a drive-in loading bay, and a freight elevator. Our exteriors can accommodate scenes from the mid-1800s to the modern day and have even been used for future apocalypses. There are also historic and modern indoor spaces perfect for film sets.

Requests have been growing for the rental of The Cotton Factory for photoshoots. Whether it's commercial projects such as advertisements and catalogues, or personal shoots for engagements or family portraits, we have several spaces available to rent for whatever your project is.

If you are scouting for locations, please contact us to arrange a tour. Our experienced staff understand the unique and often immediate needs of film companies and can accommodate tours on very short notice.
