Can we come for a site tour before booking?
Absolutely! We offer complimentary tours of our event spaces as part of the event inquiry process. During your tour, we’ll walk you through the spaces you’re considering, as well as the facilities and amenities that will support your event. It’s a great opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the venue, ask questions, and start envisioning your event at The Cotton Factory.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes! We work with an extensive network of trusted food, entertainment, photography, and rental vendors, and we’re happy to share recommendations. Outside vendors may also be brought in on a case-by-case basis. Our team can help you determine what will work best for your event and venue needs.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Absolutely! One of the things that makes The Cotton Factory special is that our spaces provide a beautiful, rustic canvas for your vision. You’re welcome to bring your own creative touches, and our team is happy to provide guidance and resources to help bring your ideas to life. We can also connect you with trusted vendors who can help execute your vision.
What’s included in our rental rate?
Your rental includes staffing and access to our in-house inventory of furniture, along with complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking. Depending on the event space you choose, you’ll also have access to amenities such as a plating room and bar area. Our team will review everything included with your specific rental during the booking process so you know exactly what to expect.
